WorkWell Nebraska takes care of all your annual health screening and health data collection details. Our team will schedule an initial planning meeting with you and members of your Wellness Committee several months in advance to review your health screening needs, secure screening dates, lab services, biometrics, and help answer key questions. We will provide you with promotional fliers, event registration options, outline staffing needs for on-site screenings and also offer your associates a personalized physician option.

Power of Prevention classes offer multi-week concentrated support and guidance for individuals at greater risk of developing
pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and so much more. Individuals learn more about their personal health an dwell-being and strategies on how to minimize their personal health risks.

Breaking old habits can be hard! Our wellness experts help you better understand the "why" behind some the daily choices you make. By tracking your day-to-day routine you can begin to unfold news ways to eat healthier, move more, reduce stress, boost energy and improve sleep. Program facilitators will help you become more mindful and identify key behavioral theories to help you be successful in reaching your wellness goals.

The Break the Habit Nicotine Cessation series is designed to meet individuals where they are. Program content caters to individuals who smoke, chew, vape and/or use nicotine in social gatherings. Individuals learn more about the physical and psychological impact of nicotine use, daily nicotine habits, personal triggers, stress management, how to manage nicotine withdrawal symptoms and maintain successes.

When employers are expertly equipped, businesses can integrate effective workplace health, safety, and wellness promotion for their employees, experience happier and healthier employees, increased production, higher retention rates and fewer medical and work comp claims. The Worker 360 training will provide guidance and support to access, develop and implement effective workplace safety and health policies and procedures, educational programs and services that reduce risk of injury at work and boost personal health.
